As I am extremely familiar with that area, I'd have to say that there are a 1,001 places I'd rather live (or visit). After a few travels there and with one of my very BEST clients in that area and I'm here to tell you that some of the people may be GREAT in that area but it is full of a bunch of junk that is not desirable and the weather is worse than the humidity and heat that isn't so great here in the Memphis, TN area. Besides....it is as bad or WORSE than the Delta and I absolutely HATE driving the boring, characterless delta.
