Feijoada : The Brazilian Wonder Food
It's simple but, indescribably good. I'm not 100% sure how my wife makes it, but it's thick, made with black turtle beans and full of meat. I have had feijoada in poorer households where they use pig's feet. That, I don't like. When asked if I like feijoada, I say I like "feijoada Judeu", meaning I like it "Jewish-style".

The meat looks awesome!! But I hate beans, so I can't imagine I would like some turtle beans! LOL The only beans I ever eat are brown beans with hot dogs and burgers. She cook it in a crock pot?
