    Default Peruvian food

We went to a Peruvian restaurant in the area. I like the "risk" of a new cuisine. I have to say, it was quite good. Anyone here ever have it?

Never had Peruvian food. But Colombian food is quite delish. Especially when prepared by a Colombian mom.

No...the closest I've had would be Venezuelan food. They use black beans instead of the pintos we use here, lots of rice, chicken, etc....and the place where I stayed, on a river, had shrimp grilling every night on this massively huge open veranda. God...the smells that food gave off....I'm salivating now just remembering it. Damn.
