My cat comes back smelling like another house which gives suspicion that he is a traitor who is taking food from someone else. Also my cats breath stinks.

Of course cat are traitors. They allow you to take care of them and live in their houses, feed them and clean their litter box. I have to keep remembering you're a Brit. We have this insurance company commercial on TV here where the guy is sinking in quicksand while the cat stoicly looks on. The guys trying to get the cat to go get help. The commentator comes on as says "If you're a ct, you ignore people. That's what you do."100% agree. No loyalty at all
