Got to love them. Guys ripped from head to toe and they try to convince you he did it on a Bowflex. Yeah right. That chest and shoulders from said actor didn't come from a rubber band machine.
And Jillian Michaels and whatever that thing is she pimps. GMAFB.
They don't point out that 75% of that "look" is diet. Or that they lift real weights.
