Report: U.S. Pilots Say Obama Admin Has Blocked 75% Of Their Airstrikes On ISIS Targe
Seems Obama is worried about his people, and no I don't mean the American people, according to this story 75% of missions flown they never even drop a bomb, even if they have the attack site in the cross hairs. Obama has said we will have Zero, Zilch as far as civilian casualties ( sure wish ISIS played by the same rules ) but in every conflict we have ever fought there are some, even though we have the most modern equipment in the world, made to keep civilian casualties to a minimum Obama says no. Time to get rid of the Muslim trader and get a man in office that wants to win this war. No one wants to see civilians get hurt, hell 9/11 was horrible, what happened in France was terrible, the Russian plane, disgusting. But it happens, in order to win you must drop bombs, and Obama knows this, but he also knows he must take care of his people.

I think near everyone hates the idea of innocents being killed in war. The sad truth though is this is a war and in war innocents are killed. ISIS has made this very clear, indeed they relish killing the innocents, mostly Muslims.
That Obama has basically declared a zero tolerance on 'collateral damage' has rendered the military useless and the results are demonstrating this.
