Another Hate Crime

Another hate crime. Or not.

A man poured gasoline on two co-workers and set them on fire in White Marsh Friday night, Baltimore County police said.


Christopher Harrison Jr., 28, of the 900 block Top View Dr. in Edgewood has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, police spokesman Cpl. Shawn Vinson said.


The victims, two men, were taken to a local hospital with major burn injuries, police said. Both were in critical condition, Vinson said Saturday afternoon.

Got to admit, THAT is probably a "hate crime". My question is, what is NOT a hate crime? I can't stand the misuse of the word "hate". If I shoplift to feed my kids, THAT is not a hate crime. If I fold, spindle or mutilate ANYONE, regardless race, creed or color because of who they are, THAT is a hate crime. But WHY do we need a separate law? It caters solely to minorities whining their asses off.

I think that cop from Ferguson, Missouri should be able to charge the media, Obama and every idiot protester for a hate crime. After all, he was basically blamed for being white.
