Barbecue
There is a little nondescript building near where I spent my young years. It is a barbecue place. Real barbecue, not the stuff they call barbecue here in Lexington. It is called Starnes Barbecue and they have possibly the best barbecue in the world. Locals swear by it.
Anyway, my daughter and her BFF went to western Kentucky this weekend. While there, she picked up several pounds of pork barbecue and barbecued ham.
I love barbecue. Real barbecue that is. Northerners don't know what they are missing. Sorry, @Noir. Sorry, @Drummond.
