Funny you mention that. Last eve I wasn't feeling the greatest, and was itchy as heel for whatever reason, so I had a couple of teaspoons of Benadryl. Seemed to work, at least I think so.

Key ingredient in Benadryl is what is in the "PM" medicines (Nyquil, Tylenol PM, etc).
