It's a tease. Jacksonville has threatened to Move to SA. The Saints have threatened to move to SA. Both just to get what they want from where they are.

Besides that, Jerry Jones will pull every card he can to keep a team out of SA and has been quite successful at it. We never get one of the expansion franchises. San Antonio is a HUGE part of the Cowboys market. And in case no one's noticed, marketing is more important to him than winning.
