He is a very successful but at the end of his career boxer.

So a few days ago while being interviewed he states:

"It's just common sense," Pacquiao said in the remarks posted online by the TV5 network. "Have you seen any animal having male-to-male or female-to-female relations?" Animals, he said, were better because they recognize gender differences, and "if you have male-to-male or female-to-female (relationships), then people are worse than animals."

Of course this didn't go over very well. Within 24 hours he was dropped from a rather lucrative contract with Nike. He didn't leave it at that, he then goes on Twitter after being dropped:

"If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death, their blood will be on their own heads."

If this was Michael Moore, or Streisand or some other crazy liberal trying to get his viewpoints across - you bet we would be expected to listed/read, and if we didn't tolerate his views, we very well would be something with a 'phobia' at the end of it, no doubt.
