Quick and easy chicken

Here is a "recipe" for you...VERY easy

Take some chicken, legs, breast doesnt matter, just try to skin them and get most of the fat off them.
Take your best...or worst BBQ sauce and pour over chicken in a stovetop saucepan. Add a little water to thin the sauce out a bit. Cook on low until tender. Turns out delicious everytime!!

Tried it with four nice big breasts, covered, slow cooked. Pretty good.

Glad to hear it...always a good last minute chicken recipe. Best part is the chicken can still be frozen.
