In corporate America, it's not a Human Resource violation to offer religious literature to coworkers. It is however a violation to insist once they refuse. I have offered Christian leaflets to Hindu and Muslim employees and none have been refused so far. If you don't want your religion interfered with, don't interfere with mine. Evangelism is a key tenant to Christian evangelicals. If exchanging leaflets with a Muslim at least causes them to read about salvation through Jesus Christ, I will read about Allah.
