Absolutely. The taste and tenderness was as if it was in a pot for 4-5 hours, so you save immense time and don't lose anything. I didn't have to use multiple dishes/pots. The cleaning of the pot took like less than 1 minute. It did take me awhile to get the sucker going, as I don't like to read directions much, but that's just me.Originally Posted by Kathianne
