Yes if a few members have a problem they should deal with it. What if I had a problem with posts being more than 50 words long? If there was a limit on text it would make forums much easier to read.

No, like I said I've have no problem reading threads..If you can scroll and see the line that starts a sig then the line that starts a new post this shouldn't be an issue, IMO.

We have someone with 40 lines? This is a trivial issue IMO, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I'll comply I just think it's silly.

But the text and posts are what the members come here to read. Limiting them would defeat the purpose of having a message board to begin with.

I don't think it's hard to distinguish between a signature and a post, but when it becomes NECESSARY to distinguish, then maybe the sigs are getting a little large.

Just as an Fyi - I've received no complaints about your signature. Staff discussed guidelines and we came to an agreement on what we thought would be sufficient for members.

Might be able to tweak the code for Ignoring a user to make it handle their signature.

Cut, modify, paste.... a few hours coding to tweak and test I'd think.

I'll post at a few forums I belong to where the VB God's hang out at and see what others have done in similar situations.

I don't have an issue with the way it appears. HUGE lettering, LARGE pictures and EXTREMELY long signatures is what spurred this.

I am sure I can adjust mine if I must, I just don't want teenie weenie wings.
I have no idea how close to the limit they are now or how to fix em.

I'll go on record that I have no problem with the size of any sig line on the board.
