Terror will be destroyed by honest and responsible people who will reduce corruption, allow more people dignifying life. Then there will be fewer incentives for terror.

This is just rhetoric. In real terms, what does it add up to ?

Fact is that you don't pander to an evil. You fight it. You set out to defeat it. Because if you don't, it most certainly will work to defeat you ... and at great and very possibly needless loss of human life in the process.
