I seriously don't care what anyone eats, and we all eat differently. For instance ... Mexican food where you are is not Mexican food here. I hated the Mexican food in CA, AZ and NM. I'm like how can you live next door and be so different? Mexican food in IL is Taco Bell.
However ... for us Texans? If you got to doctor your steak you either got a bad piece of meat or don't know how to cook. We got lots of cows here.
I like the Mexican food in California. And Arizona. And New Mexico. And Texas.
But you are correct, they are all different from one another...
