I hardly ever use waders. Nikes are very much more comfy and there's no need to stand out in the water - you can do all you need to do on shore.

Sometimes I'll park the boat in the middle of the fishing hole to get a better angle for trout, it depends on how high the river is... usually, though, we just fish from shore.

Sometimes, if you are really cool, you can catch the elusive salmon on a Vibrax if you twitch just right.
