It sounds typical leftwing do-gooder and condescending to me. "Let's all hold hands and sing Kumbaya and understand the poor confused killer. It's not his fault his mind is f-d up". And the commercial is done by people that look too young to shave.

What is it they think they have to say to ME? There's: "We know how you feel (because our instruction book told us all about it)"; or, "We couldn't possibly know how it feels BUT ... followed by all the patronizing pity and all the reasons they do know ...".

Seems to me like a good way to set someone who is just getting by by asking the wrong questions.

Oh, and the commercial is the same channel that has "The Truth" commercials where they want you to believe tobacco is responsible for all ills ever faced by Mankind. TruTV, I think. And I believe it's Vevo that runs them on youtube.
