I have that problem in the shop every Fall. The flies want in where it's warm, but sometimes I need the big doors open so, I get a ton of the nasty little shits in the shop. My solution, FLY PAPER. Those super sticky deals you unroll out of the little tubes and tack up. Once you get ONE fly on it the other's want to investigate and land on it too, and they're done. Catches just about ALL of them. Course I stick up FOUR OR FIVE of them all over. Gotta have a fly swatter handy though too for the those few rouges.

Flies are not as dangerous to your health as you might think. Buying open air food and drinks such as sugar cane juice in Latin America brings swarms of flies. Having eaten at such places many times, I never got sick nor has any of my in-laws or other people I know.
