Sessions: Last Chance For Sanctuary Cities To Adjust Immigration Policies

OAN NewsroomAttorney General Jeff Sessions says he expects sanctuary cities to cave under pressure from the federal government.
Sessions said on Friday, he has already seen cities adjust their policies when faced with the threat of losing federal funds, such as Milwaukee, Miami, and Las Vegas.
President Trump also chimed in by blasting Democrats who supported sanctuary cities in a tweet saying, they were no longer recognizable.
Earlier this year, The Justice Department began to punish cities that don’t cooperate with federal immigration authorities, by withholding law enforcement grants to the jurisdictions.
