    Default Targeting NCAA Football

What a bullshit rule. It's messed up two games I've watched this afternoon. A defender's helmet hits and offensive player's helmet. Then they have to decide if it was intentional. Hell yes I was trying to hit the MFer Hard enough to make his drop the ball. So my helmet hit his? BFD.

This IS football, right? Don't want to get hit? Lots of room in the bleachers.

They need to just cut to the chase and spare us fans the agony of dragging the death of football out and hand out the 2-hand touch rules. They need to be sure to add the rule for groping since lefties will be playing.

.....Liberals will turn the NFL into "touch football" in our lifetime. No more tackling.

    Really is impossible for defenders.

If he's about to tackle somebody and that guy suddenly moves at the last second, it's "just football". Almost nobody is out to really injure others.
“… the greatest detractor from high performance is fear: fear that you are not prepared, fear that you are in over your head, fear that you are not worthy, and ultimately, fear of failure. If you can eliminate that fear—not through arrogance or just wishing difficulties away, but through hard work and preparation—you will put yourself in an incredibly powerful position to take on the challenges you face" - Pete Carroll.

I forget which game I was watching at the time, but they threw the one team's best defender out of the game for "targeting" because he went straight-up, facemask to facemask with the QB and the QB lowered his head at the last second. Was a stupid call.
