Good video, and explains why when I watch the morning news, (I don't watch any news past the morning show), why my tv spends probably 90% of the time on MUTE. If it appears the "reporter" is actually "reporting news," I'll have on the sound, but as soon as they say, "now let's bring on" so and so, the tv goes back on MUTE. I don't need to hear any analysts, any panelists, any pundits or any other sort of TALKING HEAD give me THEIR OPINION, which 99.9% of the time is nothing more than their SPIN and/or TALKING POINTS. If I just heard the news story, I'm perfectly capable of analyzing what I just heard and forming MY OWN opinion.
I honestly think this 24/7 format of so called "news" is a FARCE, because if you boil it down to how to much of it is actually NEWS, it's a only one tiny little bit of it. The rest is nothing more than spin and opinion, and really not worth listening. I really wish people would not listen. Either mute the tv like I do or just TURN IT OFF.
