Yeah, and that's why they chose the 9th district to go through. Was inevitable starting from Ca. The judge that originally made the temporary ruling has made this one and called it permanent.

It's going to set up an interesting battle between the Federal government and (a) State(s). Unlike a lot of the left's hanky-panky, immigration IS covered by Federal law. It'll come down to who actually has authority. If Trump goes for a new law through Congress, he'll have to have every Republican vote to do it. I don't see it.

I also don't see where a state comes off overruling the Federal government. We fought a war over that shit. I say just don't give them the money and ask what they're going to do about it...
