Browned a couple pork steaks in the pressure cooker, then added a bit of red pepper flakes, fresh ground pepper, bit of ground ginger, bit of honey, some salt. Added a bit of balsamic vinegar and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Covered with a bunch of chopped cilantro and a chopped celery.

Pressure cook for ten minutes then stew for an hour. It's really good over basmati rice. I'll wash it down with ice cold moscato d'asti that has a bit of fresh shredded ginger added to the glass, it tastes like Italian ginger ale.
