    Default Happy Frankenstein Day

Yep, since Bro Day has taken over my tv, I had to shift gears and redesignate. Today's schedule:

    Frankenstein 1931
    Bride of Frankenstein 1935
    Son of Frankenstein 1939
    Ghost of Frankenstein 1940
    Frankenstein Meets the Wolfman 1942
    House of Frankenstein 1944
    House of Dracula 1944
    Dracula 1931

    Still up?

    Nosferatu 1919
    Phantom of the Opera 1925

If I have to have "monster day", I prefer mine green, and in living monochromatic B&W to black ones dancing all over the square and screeching about whitey.

John Kerry should be sharing a cell with that other traitor Manning.

Ha. Fred Gwynne was Herman Munster. Boris Karloff was the monster in the first 3 Universal Frankenstein movies. Trivia: Karloff's name was William Henry Pratt. He had over a hundred movies under his belt, talkies and silent. when he made Frankenstein.

The Monster Mash. Was for one of those animated puppet movies back in the 60s.
I think it was actually a hit.

But then, so was Snoopy and the Red Baron

Hey, since this is just a BS thread really, and THIS does pertain to entertainment ...

All you closet Cranberries fans hear that Dolores O'Riordan kicked the bucket? She was 46, and cause of death is "unclear".

Probably not your style, but this was their biggest hit I know of. They're an Irish band.
