Easily. He's already made it clear he doesn't like Trump. The President has enough of that already without adding another hostile vacillater.

Romney is treacherous. I simply could not believe that terrible anti-Trump rant speech he gave in 2016! That was so wrong. He is splitting the party in Utah and the election hasn't started.

I never voted for him (or Obama) in 2012. I don't vote for Mormons, especially not for president. I think this is a bad, bad move for Utah, where there are a lot of Trump supporters, so I hope Romney does not run.
