I would remind you that Stalin ruled the Communist Party since 1922 till 1953 when he was The Leader of the Communist Party. In 1956 his leadership was condemned by the XX-th Party Congress.

We had a one-party political system till 1990. Since 1993, according to the Constitution of Russia, we have a multi-party system where every registered party can participate in our political life and in formation of State and Local Authorities. You think that this is propaganda? Not at all. These are FACTS, which you do not want to see and consider.
Soon, in March, we'll have our Presidential elections where are 8 candidates from 7 parties and 1self-promoted candidate. That, who will win the majority of the votes in direct elections will be the president of Russia for the next 6 years. To my mind this is very democratic and fair.
