The Taliban voiced its skepticism over a recent proposal to engage in peace talks with Afghan authorities.
In a statement Thursday, the radical Islamic terror group questioned the legitimacy of the government in Kabul.
The group claimed Afghanistan is under American occupation, and the Western-style government in Kabul was forcefully imposed on the country.
The Taliban said the peace process proposed by Kabul only serves the interests of the U.S. as it seeks to win the war in Afghanistan.
The Afghan president offered an armistice, prisoner swaps, and even passports to Taliban militants.

And not to be ignored/left out on the World terrorism stage ... these morons. Why offer a deal to terrorists anyway. My idea of a "deal"? Unconditional surrender or die.
