I would love to know specifically what punishment this little liberal piece of shit received, as it sure sounds like the guy simply filming got the shitty end of the stick.

Safe space garbage again? (this was in December) Just being there wearing anything Trump - threatens the integrity of the club? Just wearing the hats violates some safe space policy crap?

THIS is where the schools have it so so wrong. They need to STOP letting the kids rule the roost, and I don't care which side it is. THEY are the teachers and the adults and the administrations in charge. STOP STOP STOP letting the kids dictate everything. This is where they get the entitlement crap from. This further encourages their desire and ability to allow their hatred of others to simply get rid of them, even if they aren't doing a single thing wrong. STOP with this crap about clothing or words on clothing somehow violating others.

Fordham Punishes Coffee Shop Manager for Kicking Out Pro-Trump Students

Fordham University in New York City is disciplining a student coffee shop manager after she kicked out a group of students for wearing Donald Trump hats.

Breitbart News reported on the incident in December after Fordham coffee shop manager, student Kristal Ho, kicked a group of students out for their pro-Trump apparel. The incident was captured on video.



“You are threatening the integrity of our club. This is a community standard — you are wearing hats that completely violate safe space policy,” she continued. “You have to take it off or you have to go.” She told the students that the “Make America Great Again” hats represented “fascism” and “Nazis.”

“We went there because we wanted to test the unwritten rule that conservatives were banned from that coffee shop,” one of the students who was thrown out said after the incident. “We went there and just started doing some homework and studying. Then we were asked to leave.

“We are tuition-paying students, therefore we should be able to use any building on campus that we want,” he argued. “This school is over $70,000 a year in tuition, therefore I feel that I have the right to go into all of the buildings that other students are allowed to go into. I also have the right to wear what I want to wear and express my own political views.”

Now, Ho, as well as one of the students she kicked out, have been disciplined by the university as a result of their participation in the altercation. Ho was disciplined for violating the campus’ “Disorderly Conduct” policy. Sebastian Balasov, the conservative student behind the camera, was disciplined for filming the altercation and publishing it online. Balasov is also prohibited from returning to the coffee shop.

The students involved claim that the disciplinary process was long because the incident took place in mid-December, the end of a semester. Administrators were not able to investigate the incident until classes resumed in January.

The students that were tossed out should file civil rights violation charges against her and the college,for she represents the college as manager in that shop.
If those students had been black, civil rights violation charges would have already been brought AGAINST THAT POS AND THE COLLEGE.-Tyr

Pro-Trump students in MAGA hats booted from 'safe space' campus coffee shop

A viral video shows a group of conservative Fordham University students in New York City being kicked out of a campus coffeehouse after being told their pro-Trump “Make America Great Again” hats violated the shop’s “safe space” policy.

"Fox & Friends" aired on Sunday a portion of the video, which shows the group being told, “I don’t want people like you supporting this club.”

The video was shot Thursday at Fordham’s student-run Rodrigue’s Coffee House.

“No one here wants people like you supporting our club,” a Rod’s student volunteer employee is heard saying. “I’m giving you 5 minutes.”

She goes on to say, “You are threatening the integrity of our club. This is a community standard. You are wearing hats that completely violate safe space policy. You have to take if off or you have to go.”

Fordham junior Aaron Spring, 20, says he just wanted a cup of coffee.

“I didn’t make any noise,” he said, according to "Fox & Friends." “I wasn’t rude. I didn’t curse at anybody. I was just sitting enjoying a cup of coffee with friends.”

The video was first shown by Campus Reform. It has been viewed more than 67,000 times as of Sunday.

The website reported that Spring and his pals were given a handout titled “Rodrigue’s Coffee Shop has a safer space policy,” prohibiting racism, sexism and homophobia and urging patrons to be mindful of the ways in which their words and actions can impact others.

A Fordham spokesman told Fox News in a statement Sunday that there is no such policy on campus.

“There is no University safe space policy, nor one that excludes any members of the Fordham community from any public spaces on the basis of their political views,” spokesman Bob Howe said.

He said Fordham is a community that values diverse opinions, and in which students should disagree with one another in a civil fashion.

Howe said Fordham is investigating the incident.

Frankly, I'm surprised that Fordham even disciplined the coffee shop manager. It is a very liberal Jesuit University. I've even called out the President on it.
