What jumps right out at ME is "married" GAY couple. Sorry (not really), but if you have to define yourself as a person by your aberrant sexual behavior, you got problems and are not, IMO, capable nor qualified to raise children and I consider it the state(s) endanger the welfare of the children where it is condoned.
