Default Going To Sell My Harley...

I rode it twice year before last, and not at all last year. Been riding motorcycles for over 50 years. Time to move on, maybe buy a UTV. I read that the county where I live is going to open all county roads designated with a letter and all the trails to ATV's and UTV's, so I'd have a few hundred thousand acres of trails and lots of county roads to drive one.

So... someone buy my Harley please...

Sad to hear but I'm with you. My wife doesn't ride and I only put on 3300 miles last year, about 1/4 of what I used to do. So I've got it up for sale but I've already pulled the trigger on a 'stang and it's already undergoing some changes. She will ride in that (and already has) and will even drive it. Going places without her isn't as much fun.

    Good luck on your sale.

Yeah I was actually thinking of a new UTV. Polaris has an awesome turbo charged model that looks like too much fun, but, then I remember the priority list, the house needs new shingles, siding, windows, driveway needs a new load of gravel, on and on... a new toy just isn't very high on the list. I still have my lifted GMC 4 wheel drive truck. It's pretty much a toy itself and I already have a ton on money in that thing. Will hate to see the Harley go but, time marches on, and there's no real good reason to keep hanging onto it.

“… the greatest detractor from high performance is fear: fear that you are not prepared, fear that you are in over your head, fear that you are not worthy, and ultimately, fear of failure. If you can eliminate that fear—not through arrogance or just wishing difficulties away, but through hard work and preparation—you will put yourself in an incredibly powerful position to take on the challenges you face" - Pete Carroll.

Are you just bored, or what? Last week you buy a car for teenagers and now you want to crack your sternum on an ATV.

    Skydiving lessons next week?
