Default The Mosquitoes Here Are INSANE..!!!!!

It's been YEARS since I've seen them this bad, even DECADES. I'm in the shop with the lights low so my 55" TV I use for the computer monitor is drawing them all towards it, and I have killed at LEAST THIRTY of the little fuckers SO FAR.

Seems like different species of insects have cycles where there's more of them than usual, well the mosquitoes are having their cycle here in SPADES... SHEEEEEZUZ...

    Funny you should say THAT!

My Dad's middle name was "Martin," and I don't know if it was because of that, could have been, but he liked Purple Martins. He built this big double decker Purple Martin bird house and put it up on this huge 4x4 about 20 foot in the air. Pretty birds. We enjoyed them.

    Maybe I should do that...

You're good at building stuff I think? I love “natural” solutions like that.

Oh yeah, I love to build stuff. I like working with metal most, but lately I've been acquiring a lot of wood working tools.

Yeah I could build a bird house... child's play...

If WI had Chicago like Spring, lots of water~ lots of mosquitoes.

I've not had mosquito encounter since moving here, though I thinks its all the bats from the caves.

There weren't any "flying" insects in Reno either. I could clean my Harley and it would stay clean for months, aside from a little dust.

Here... spend 3 hours polishing all the chrome, take it for one ride, 30 miles, come back and the bike is covered with bug guts again. Gets old.

Mosquitoes have killed more people than humans.

Mosquitoes wage war against those they are commanded by God to be humiliated.

In fact, during wartime, more soldiers die of malaria than from guns.

We are lucky here. 'Skeeters do not exist along the coast here, upriver, yes.
