The brother of Hillary Clinton’s former campaign chairman John Podesta is thrown back into the political spotlight amid new scrutiny over allegations of foreign lobbying.
In a series of tweets on Sunday, President Trump questioned why Special Counsel Robert Mueller has not filed charges against Tony Podesta.

....and why hasn’t the Podesta brother been charged and arrested, like others, after being forced to close down his very large and successful firm? Is it because he is a VERY well connected Democrat working in the Swamp of Washington, D.C.?

This comes after Podesta stepped down as chairman of his lobbying firm Podesta Group last year, following the special counsel’s indictment of Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort.
The firm was reportedly enlisted by Manafort as one of the groups lobbying on behalf of a Brussels-based organization that functioned as a mouth piece for Ukraine’s former President Viktor Yanukovych.
While Mueller did investigate the claims, no charges were ever filed.

I mentioned something similar in another thread earlier, not specifically about Podesta, but why hasn't any of the Democrat names that have popped up been subpoenaed or charged?

Seems like a fair question to me.
