Nice, simple, and poignant.

There used to be parades at home on 'traditional' Memorial Day, May 30, which is also my birthday.
I thought as a young kid the parade was for me, but my Mom took me aside and explained the meaning
to me. With Dad assigned overseas at the time, the meaning stuck - hard!
