Default Professor calls out white NFL players

No one is being muffled, you twit. The NFL wants the drama to go away. They are ON THE JOB. They are paid many millions of dollars to be on this job, and their job is to do what the owners, managers and coaches tell them to do. No one is telling them to do anything that is beneath them. They are telling them that this is the inappropriate time and place for a protest. They tell them if they don't want to participate, to stay in the locker room until the anthem is over. But some have to do it anyway, and/or raise the fist.

They have many millions. Probably into a billion if they put themselves together. Again, WHY don't they do something like Muhammed Ali did, and call a conference? They can more than afford to run endless commercials. They can go rampant on the internet. There are SO many places and ways to protest. But they demand to do the one that will offend the most Americans.

They started with discussion of oppression. Please, hide your millions while you speak this crap. Fact is, they don't like rules, they don't like being told what to do. And I hope those who continue lose entire paychecks and/or get suspended. Just stay in the damn locker room if you can't help yourself.

And this guy is an asshole for now calling out white NFL players, to more or less demand even more drama and division.

    ---

Liberal professor Michael Eric Dyson calls out white NFL players over anthem protests, tells them to get in the game

Georgetown professor Michael Eric Dyson called out white NFL players, on CNN’s “New Day” Friday, for not speaking up in protest over racial animosity in the U.S.

Dyson was discussing the one year anniversary of a “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, and said NFL players were right to take a knee during preseason games Thursday, as a show of solidarity.

“First of all black life continues to matter to [NFL players] and doesn’t seem to matter to others who continue to victimize back people with random violence and arbitrary forms of aggression,” Dyson said. “These are grown black men. They will not be dictated to and told by the president of the United States of America or a football league, a sports league, about what it means to be a responsible conscientious citizen.”

Dyson said black men are “being muffled” and asked why white athletes like Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers aren’t more vocal for the Black Lives Matter cause.

“We’re talking about the one year anniversary of white supremacists and nationalists and neo-Nazis expressing their right to protest in America and yet these black men of valor, of integrity, of courage and bravery are being muffled,” Dyson added.

“What it says to us is that all players should have a conscious around this. Not just black players. Where’s Aaron Rodgers in this whole situation,” he concluded. “Even if he doesn’t raise a fist, raise a voice and say something important. That’s what I think these protests suggest.”

NFL Preseason is Off and Running and Players Are Already Kneeling… President Trump Responds

The NFL preseason is off and running… and the anthem kneelers are already at work.

Two Miami Dolphins players knelt during the national anthem during a preseason game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday.

President Trump responded to the disrespectful act on Friday morning.

President Trump: The NFL players are at it again – taking a knee when they should be standing proudly for the National Anthem. Numerous players, from different teams, wanted to show their “outrage” at something that most of them are unable to define. They make a fortune doing what they love. Be happy, be cool! A football game, that fans are paying soooo much money to watch and enjoy, is no place to protest. Most of that money goes to the players anyway. Find another way to protest. Stand proudly for your National Anthem or be Suspended Without Pay!

    Questions are,

Why don't they protest black on black violence?

Why don't they protest black on white violence?

Why don't they protest all violence?

They get paid up into the millions of bucks. Time to fire every
one of them and let them join Al Sharpton and his racist following.

Too large of a project to take on. For whatever reason in reality, very few worry about and/or complain about the huge numbers there. Same as what I've been pointing out about Chicago for years now.

Why don't they protest black on white violence?
From what I understand, that doesn't exist.

Why don't they protest all violence?
Bingo! And it wouldn't create division, it may in fact actually bring some of the races together for a cause. But sometime during the game, where owners are paying out many many millions for that game alone, it still wouldn't be the place or time.

Start with the massive fines, then suspensions on repeat offenders. If they lose their contracts after that, most times wouldn't touch them.

This topic is all over twitter, and I commented on tweet from fox news about this that I quit watching the nfl two years ago when they started this moronic garbage and I hope they all go broke, because if these primadonna millionaire America hating jackasses want to piss on our flag and national anthem, they can do it on someone else's TV, not mine. The comment instantly started to get many likes.

And I haven't watched any nfl either, and I'm more determined now than ever not to. Three years of this pissing on our flag and national anthem now, fuck these people. I couldn't care less what your damn CAUSE is, you went about protesting the WRONG WAY. So now, not only are you fucking yourself out of a job and ruining what made you a millionaire, you made people not give a flying fuck what your fabled CAUSE is, great going... how STUPID are these people? Well, when all they have to do is run with a bag of leather filled with air, I guess you don't have to be very damn bright.

The nfl was really feeling the pain last year, half filled stadiums, people tuning it out at home, I look for even more people to tune them out this year, and even less to pay that exorbitant fee to go to games. Couple that with more and more studies saying that almost all football players suffer from CTE brain damage, and the nfl is headed for the dust bin of history.

They aren't kneeling for injustices committed against blacks they are kneeling because Colin Kaepernick isn't on a team. For if they cared about black injustices they'd be kneeling in Chicago.

He's too busy making them into multi-millionaires.

Just like Pres. Trump is too busy making them into self respecting, productive, wage earning, tax paying members of society. And doing his best to keep these newly minted social assets from being "muffled" by the semi-automatic weapons of the Black Lives Matter allied underclass street thugs.

Time to give them a trip back to Nigeria. They can use their millions to go after the tribes
that sold their ancestors to the Dutch. But none of the street bread know a heritage, so they blame us that do?

Ironic that these NFL players just had a 6-month off-season. You'd think that during all that time, and with all the millions of dollars they each have, that they could make some kind of public effort to improve the things they say they are protesting. Of course, first they would have to actually state what specifically they are protesting, but they can't do that because they don't really know.

But I haven't heard of a single player actually making any effort to help with any problems. I guess they just think that the rest of us, who don't have millions and who don't have 6 months off every year, should see their sideline protests and immediately jump into action to solve everything on their behalf. What a bunch of do-nothing clowns.

Ironically, Donald Trump is doing more to help things in this country that the NFL players are doing. This is the same Donald Trump that the NFL and NBA teams don't want to visit in the White House.

Wouldn't one think these football players would collaborate and try to get a meeting with President Trump?

I know the Redskins and Steelers have programs and opportunities to help folks, and
I do not doubt the other 30 teams do as well.
