A gem from the inside. Gunny, I was wondering if this can be written off as a typical USMC Saturday night:

You should know...those Squids you are talking about on Marine Bases....are Usually the Marine's best friend. Ya know? Like when an Injured Marine Yells..."CORPSMAN!!!" Navy Corpsmen, usually called 'DOC' by YOU Marines, are sworn to be the Best part of the Navy-Marine Corps family!

Just a reminder Gunny. From an Old Squid

P.S. Nearly Every Squid in the Navy is also trained to do FIRST AID, to help fellow Sailors, and....Oh yeah...Marines too!

A LOT of questions come up with this I would however venture a guess that Squidley Diddley here is NOT smart enough to be a Corpsman (there are a lot of Navy on CamPen that aren't Corpsmen) Not to mention, NB San Diego is about 50 mi south on I-5, and NAS Miramar about 35 south on 815.

Most obvious is military person with a breathalyzer in his vehicle driving on a military base. Specifically, Camp Pendleton. Breathalyzer means DUI and DUI means no driving privileges on base for a year. Automatic. No refund. And, as I found out because of one of my "higher-IQ" Marines, it is not just YOUR privileges that are revoked. The car's privileges are revoked as well. So, my guess would be NOT from Pendleton.

Next would be of all the crap I've seen jarheads and squids pull, THIS is a new one Hell, I haven't even seen a dumbass redneck from around HERE try that shit with a coon. Those f*ckers are mean and have sharp claws. And in all my time at Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms and San Diego, I never once saw a raccoon. Not saying there can't be one. Obviously there is at least one. And PO "Above-and-Beyond" obviously found it

I have to say this guy deserves an award
