Telling the truth is what I expect. How an ILLEGAL can be considered "all American" is beyond me, but it's a lie and meant to swing favor in his direction, which he'll never get of course. He should be tried and hung by sundown.

I would naturally expect a lawyer to stand up for his client. However, in this case calling a guy who admittedly followed,
stalked, accosted - and likely murdered this girl is hardly "ALL AMERICAN". That is way over the top.

"All Central American" is more appropriate.

Understood. and what I would expect if I hired a lawyer. But there's no believable reason to claim he's an all around great American guy. It would be the equivalent to lying and claiming his client is white, when he's really black.

Of course lying and omitting things is part of a defense lawyers strategy sometimes. But my God, at least on the surface with the things that are more than obvious, tell the truth on them. By claiming what he/they did, is worse than lying, and likely put his client in even more of a negative light with that than anything.
