Even so ... on balance, Elessar's right. WHY allow Pete full rein to disrespect - of all people - the military services, manned by people who'd give their lives to help people such as Pete sleep soundly in their beds, safe and secure ?
Pete is dedicated to an ideology which, if it achieved all its practitioners wanted, would bring America to its knees as a leading world power. Its very foundling values would be corrupted.
