Tell me, in what color world do you live where the new boss comes in, is completely different than the old boss, and anybody gives a shit what YOU think? You have to make everything about Trump when my first thought defaulted to "old CO leaves, new CO comes in". Everybody in the command gets to adjust to the new CO and I don't recall votes ever being taken.
