    Default Monty Python's "SPAM" skit

This is the skit that helped inspire the term "SPAM". The term we now use for junk email.... It still is a comedy classic over 30 years later.

How do you tell a Communist? Well, it's someone who reads Marx and Lenin. And how do you tell an anti-Communist? It's someone who understands Marx and Lenin. - Ronald Reagan

I love Monty Python. The dead parrot sketch is probably my favorite, though.

I bought the MPFC on DVD. Every single episode. Sick days have never been more fun.

MP beats Benny Hill hands down.

The old Monty Python show still comes on late night on PBS.

Has there been a movie funnier than Holy Grail?

One of the things I like about Flying Circus is, they rarely if ever finished the joke. The punch line was skipped and they moved on. Either you got it or you didn't.

Have you seen the Aspen interview from a few years back?

This is the funniest part (The urn is supposed to contain Chapman's ashes):

    <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/utHmeN31RT0"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/utHmeN31RT0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

When the interview started, Eddie Izzard came out on stage with them and interacted as if he were one of the original members, very funny.

True, but Benny Hill's definitely got the better theme song. I have a theory that that music played over any footage makes the footage immediately hilarious. I tested it by playing that song over footage of auto accidents and, guess what? Hilarious!!!
