Well, I am not staff and will not speak for them.
However, if I do see something going overboard and out of hand,
I will speak up.
This particular issue got out of hand with insults traded in the open forum.
One said it was just - what - professional ribbing? There are emote characters to
indicate that....such as
and others.
If I see something out of line, I will contact @
jimnyc, another Admin or Mod if they
are on board - but do it through IM, not in the open. I have been a forum owner,
Admin, and Moderator. Sometimes I am told I am wrong, but largely I am agreed with.
I still do that in another site.
That is my opinion on this.
