Pet owners who take care of their pets properly are a captive audience. Pet owners who love their pets and consider them people keep them in business. You pay their rate or pray your pet doesn't get ill due to what will be labeled negligence on your part. I think all medical - people and/or pets - is overpriced. But if you can't do it yourself and require a professional you're at their mercy.
