Not me, not at all. A TON of it is called "Personal Responsibility", and that will reflect in many many ways. But it does start, sadly, for some from grade school forward. But for most folks, they are fine, but may be doing little to pass - based on personal responsibility. And then graduate on to bigger and better things to ignore, and bigger expectations from others and the government - from an ever growing list of expectations and facets of life.
