Lashana Lynch is shaking up the James Bond franchise.

The actress, who’s been cast in the upcoming James Bond movie, reportedly as 007, has been photographed for the first time on the set of Bond 25, officially titled No Time to Die, in Italy.

Lynch, already familiar to Captain Marvel fans, will give an historic performance, as she’ll be the first woman to fill the iconic role. Her casting has divided fans, even though she’ll only have Bond’s old agent number. Daniel Craig will be back for one final outing as the suave spy, but the movie depicts a retired Bond being called back into service. He faces off against a villain played by Bohemian Rhapsody’s Rami Malek.
What utter rot, complete bullshit the liberal Hollywood and its ffing pieces of shit are doing to this magnificent and historic movie series.
To me this is insanity and certainly not a thing the creator of OO7 would have ever wanted..
I wouldnt go see this bullshit PC, liberal black-appeasement movie were it free and they offered to pay me a hundred bucks to do so.-Tyr

    Sad, aint it so??
We that know this is ffing shit also know why it is being done and by what party of lowlife morons and perverse pieces of human filth that are Hollywood's crusade warriors working to destroy our American culture and its rich cinematic history too, IMHO..

Remember the movie and the black James West(replacing the famous Robert Conrad) of the WILD WILD WEST series?
That was utter rot too.. -Tyr..

You do realize that she is only taking the license to kill designation 7, the double "o" is the "license," not the character's name or some derivative thereof like Jane Bond, right?

It seems they have decided to retire the James Bond character. Ian Fleming and Alfred R. Broccoli could possibly be rolling over in their graves, but the movie franchise has been losing audience for a couple of decades now... I guess the studio figured they should try something to bring in a younger audience before killing the franchise altogether?

At least the movie will have the Bond character in it, maybe for the last time...

On the plus side, guess what? You don't have to go see it!

Yeah but how is someone like Tyr gonna get mad with information like that? ‘James bond is now a black woman’ is much more hate-baitable.

If you also agree that an animals suffering should be avoided rather than encouraged, consider what steps you can take.

    As if...
Ok Noir, I knew that you would reply and also knew that you would do so by commenting directly targeting me and my reply.
Why are they promoting it as the 007 character is now black and female--if as your snide remark implies my comment was ridiculous and not pertinent to the thread and my observations were out of line.
The bait part was me posting this thread with the idea to get you to jump on to attack my comment(as is you usual liberal /socialistic pattern).
So who got baited and then trapped, was it you or me?-- -Tyr

I don't disagree, but by the same token I'm not bothered by what they're doing. Mainly because I don't care, I guess. I've enjoyed Daniel Craig's portrayal, it's the best since Timothy Dalton's, but I have yet to see one of the Craig movies in the theaters. I think that statement is true for most people who have seen them, and the lack of box office $$ is, in my opinion, the biggest factor for the change. Old guys like us, who grew up on the franchise with Connery, Lazenby, Moore (probably the worst, he was and always will be Simon Templar, not James Bond), Dalton... we're dying off, not going to the theater so much anymore. Ours is not the dollar they're after anymore, the demographic has shifted.

Time will tell if they made the right decision.

At least they didn't make the new 007 transgender...
