    Default Peposo

    We have an interesting thing here at the house. My Lady (who is a good cook) doesn't really like to, she'd rather work on the house (repairs, additions, etc).

    I on the other hand would rather putter around in the kitchen, do the laundry and generally just be the "house mouse" (lol).

    So while wandering about you tube, I saw this recipe and had to test it out. Turned out pretty darned tasty (if I say so myself)

    Give it a look see;

    Wait, your wife lets you choose one or the other? Mine makes me do both. I work harder now that I'm "retired" than I did when I was employed full time.......

    And our family LOVES Peposo.

    I'm a trained mechanical engineer. Unfortunately, that training did not extend to woodworking (lol) Over the years I have come to the conclusion that I do two things well with wood, burn it or put it out

    We're becoming quite fond of it ourselves!
