Tonight i'll start a thread on when I was right out of college I was dating an Ellinida(Greek chick) and her uncles had a restauraunt and I waited tables there. OH MAN it was beautiful!

Pitchfork Fondue


I've never had it, basically a deep fried steak in a big vat of hot oil on a pitch fork. Whoa!

Dunno about the pitchfork, but deep fried steak is good - especially dipped in sour cream and cheese.
