This would be part of the problem I was addressing in the other thread about republicans. Schiff started his crap while the Republicans controlled the House and they did nothing about it. They did nothing about Pelosi and she didn't just start being a lying POS in 2018.
They just ignore this crap and let it come back and bite US, "We, the People," in the ass. She should be long gone with a dozen or others.
Instead, they chose to quibble about and half-support the elected, Republican President, like him or not. If Republicans conducted business the way Dems did while King Obama had his throne set up, this would be a far better place and all this current nonsense not even thought of.

Your original claim, and now here, is that Russia is paying the Taliban for US kills. The article from the Guardian via the WP via the NYT states Russia put a price on the head of foreigners killed. That would include Americans, but does not specifically target them. There's a difference and you know it.
