Meditation Garden at Graceland in Memphis, Tenn. is where Elvis Presley is now buried, along with other family members and a memorial to his twin brother Jesse who died at birth. Elvis' body was originally interred in a mausoleum in Forest Hills Cemetery in Memphis. Graceland opened to the public in 1982.
I visited Graceland. Truly is a beautiful place. At a time Elvis was the King and lived like one and all was good. But then drugs and other issues in his life and the turmoil, and then he was dead.\
And the shame is that it seems to have left it's mark, as Lisa has had many issues, Priscilla Presley ends up with so many public issues. Then the weirdness with Michael Jackson. And now this.
And way too young no matter the issues.
“You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named "Bush", "Dick", and "Colin." Need I say more?” - Chris Rock
