Ken starr found nothing! His purpose was to investigate the White water finances. Why he got so side tracked, Ha ha, is another whole issue.

He was instructed by Janet Reno, a Clinton appointee, to shift the focus from Whitewater to Bill. I still think it let Hillary off the hook. Maybe not so dumb on the parts of the Clintons after all.

Upstate New York has been in an economic depression since the late 1980s. The unemployment is high and the population is low (sounds like a line from a show tune, doesn't it?). When she was running for Senate, Mrs Clinton promised 200,000 jobs for the upstate area. Not that I'm one to believe such a thing, nor do I believe that she's responsible for bringing jobs to the area... but... she promised, and some were stupid enough to believe her enough to elect her to office (and re-elect her, as well). So there you go.

-What part of upstate are you talking about? I live in upstate and theres deffinetly been an increase in jobs in certain areas. Where I live is disgustingly depressed and low on jobs, but it's gotten better in the past 5 years. If it wasn't for the University we would be shit out of luck.
